Is this an in-person or virtual workshop experience?

Great question: We offer both options for your convenience.

 

Most clients choose in-person, as it allows their team to be the most present and most find it is easier for them to strengthen bonds during the experience when it is face to face.

 

Our virtual workshops are executed in the same way as an in-person event and simply allow for easier scheduling options. It's also a great choice for those companies with hybrid and remote workers on their team to ensure everyone can attend. 

Is there a limit to how many employees can attend a workshop?

Yes: As of now, J&J specializes in working with mid-sized teams which consist of 12–50 people. If you have a company with more than 50 team members, please schedule a Company Audit, and we can discuss if this looks like running multiple workshops divided by department, or if there is another customized option that we can discover together. 

Do you provide all of the required tech and materials for the workshop?

Yes: We handle it all. We will provide name tags, visual aids, workbooks, props, audio speaker, video projector, laptop, materials for activities, and additional resources.

 

All we would need for you to provide is a space to hold the workshop, enough chairs for all attendees, a monitor or projector screen (or blank wall) to display the visuals, and somewhere to host the catered lunches, for those who choose from the Full-Day options.
